Happy New Year Friends!
I have to say that I am so excited for 2012! I have so many fun events to look forward to and I'm excited that for the first time I don't have a huge amount of weight to lose as one of my New Year's Resolutions. I plan to focus on keeping up with my healthy lifestyle, losing the last 10 lbs, getting my Group Fitness certification and hopefully doing well with my Stella and Dot business. All the while, being the Mother of an adorable, almost 3 year old!!! I can't believe my little girl is going to be 3 years old in just 3 short months! I really don't know where the time goes.
We all have goals and I presume that most of you have set your goals for 2012. I plan to blog about Goal Setting in the next few days but in the mean time I want to leave you with this quote that one of my best friends shared with me a couple weeks ago. I just love it and will be posting it on my fridge! It can be applied to any aspect of your life and any goal you may set for yourself.

NUTRITION TIP: At the beginning of each week, take the time to wash and cut up all your favorite veggies, including romaine lettuce. Seal in individual containers and store in your fridge. You now have no excuse to not prepare a healthy salad for lunch or dinner and you have veggies ready to go as a quick snack.
